Y'all ever think about the fact that our sins killed Jesus?
Like yeah, technically the Romans nailed Him to the cross, and the Jewish leaders sent Him to court, but He could have hopped down from there any time; He's God.
The reason He didn't get down from there is because of our sins. In a sense, we killed Him. Just because He's alive now doesn't mean he wasn't dead before.

>i have to stop a couple times before finishing the song to try to stop the bad thoughts
>finish the song, thoughts are less bad and i want to continue
>now thinking Jesus loves the little children

>decide that i do
>start singing
>barely get past the first line before i end up crying for a little bit

>he loves me
>i sin so much and he loves me
>stop crying after a bit, keep singing
>decide to add on the "politically correct" version from the church that i go to
>singing the part where "every color every race, all are covered by his grace" while actually feeling like i'm included in that
>finish singing that song
>cycle through singing the two songs while i finish my shower
